Chair Pam Freegard welcomed everyone to the meeting.

2) CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON: 3rd January 2018
AND THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING ON: 7th March 2018.

3) MATTERS ARISING FROM THESE MINUTES: - None.
4) CHAIR'S REPORT:
Chair Pam Freegard reported on the issues of the year. In particular the refurbishment of the games area behind the community centre had at last been completed, thanks to South Swindon Parish Council.
5) TREASURER'S REPORT AND CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNTS:
Treasurer Bob Walter presented a summary of the accounts for the financial year April 2017 to March 2018. Mr J. P. McLlherron had audited the accounts, and the meeting confirmed them as an accurate record.

6) ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE:
Cllr. John Firmin acted as independent scrutineer
The following members had been nominated as ordinary committee members:
- Muhammad Chaudhry,
- John Clark,
- Violet Clark,
- Paul Izquierdo,
- Kate Johnson
- Bob Wedge
As this being less than the maximum permitted number of committee members no election was necessary.
Bob Walter had been nominated for re-election as treasurer and was elected without objection by show of hands.
Chair Pam Freegard and IT Secretary Rob Williams were not due for re-election this year.
The other officer positions remained vacant
7) APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR:
Mr J.P. McIlherron had agreed to be auditor for another year and was appointed without objection.
