Matters arising from the August minutes.
It was noted that the tidiness of the area surrounding the breakfast the breakfast club had improved since the last meeting but there were still incidents of antisocial behaviour.

Borough Council issues.
SBC was proposing to install residents parking alongside No 65 County Rd. It was suggested from the floor that this would add to existing confusion at the Manchester Rd/Country Rd
Junction - Cllr Wright would pass on this comment.
An alcohol licensing application for No 30 County Rd was noted.
Arrangements to remove the embanked section of Fleming Way by Queenstown were progressing, Falcon house (above Debenhams) would be converted to flats.
Work on the Western Flyer cycleway at Magic Roundabout had been deemed substandard and would have to be redone.
Traffic problems at the Outlet Village were impacting on the town centre including the BSACC area. Better car parking facilities might help.
Cllr Wright had expressed concerns that current community policing policy was not working.  It was noted that there had been a recurrence of prostitution in the BSACC area.
Problems in telephoning the Borough Offices had been experienced by the public. SBC's intention to move to digital communication was likely to make this worse.
